The rules we apply to every car, every day. Payment, cancellation, courtesy policy, company details, insurance and data processing. Everything on a single page, so no one has to go looking for the small print.
A unified policy for charges, delays and cancellations. If a situation is not covered here, call us on 871 508 302 and we will resolve it over the phone.
The rate applies to the total number of days of the stay. The arrival day and the departure day count as full days, regardless of the flight time.
Example: if you arrive on a Friday at 22:00 and leave on Monday at 06:00, that is 4 days charged (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday).
If your return flight lands late, you have a courtesy margin until 01:00 the following day at no extra cost. We track your flight in real time and adjust the return of your car.
If the pick-up goes beyond 01:00, an additional full day is charged. It is not a penalty: it is the day your car has spent at our facilities.
We accept cash or direct bank transfer. No surcharge for the payment method. The booking price is the price you pay, VAT included. There are no supplements for night-time hours, weekends, public holidays or delayed flights.
You can cancel or modify your booking at no cost up to 24 hours before the arrival day. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice require payment of the full booking amount.

Bookings are subject to availability of spaces and time slots. You will receive confirmation by email as soon as we verify space for your dates. If it is not possible, we will let you know before any charge.
If you need an invoice with a tax ID, indicate it when booking or email contabilidad@mrchofer.com with your tax details. We issue it the same day.
Mr Chofer's tax identity, the insurance cover for cars in our custody and the policy on the processing of personal data.
