Use of the service:
MrChofer facilitates the booking of private chauffeur transport services through online reservations. By booking, the user accepts these terms.

Bookings and payments:

• Bookings are made through the calendar (Calendarista).
• Payment is mandatory to confirm the booking and is made through a secure gateway.
• MrChofer does not store banking data.

Cancellations and modifications:

• The user may cancel or modify their booking from their personal area or by contacting us directly.
• Cancellations are subject to specific conditions that will be shown before payment.
• Cancellations made less than X hours (to be defined) in advance may not be refunded.

User obligations:

• Provide truthful information.
• Arrive punctually at the pick-up point.
• Treat the driver with respect and take care of the vehicle.

Liability:

• MrChofer is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (weather, extreme traffic).
• In the event of an incident, an alternative transport solution or a partial refund will be sought.

Applicable law:
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s place of residence.
